Hi, I’m Hannah.
I began my journey as a therapist in 2012 and am an accredited CBT therapist and Counsellor.
Over the last decade I have worked with adolescents in Mainstream and Alternative Education, Community and Custodial Youth Offending settings, CAMHS, Community and Private mental health provision. My work with adults has been across the NHS and Private sector including in Crisis Support
I value the topics that you want to discuss, whatever these may be: no subject is off limits, shameful or taboo. These are your sessions to use in the way that is most beneficial to you. My role as a therapist is to listen without judgement and to look at the concerns you have through your eyes. I will help you to make sense of what is troubling you, to reflect with you, to help bring awareness to alternative perspectives or ways of being, to bring distance to thoughts and emotions, or simply just to sit and listen and to hold hope and self compassion for you until you are ready to hold this for yourself.
About Me
About Online Therapy
Firstly, it is so important to say, that you come to this process as the expert on you. No one knows you better than you know yourself. It is my job to walk alongside you: reflecting, exploring, untangling, listening and gently challenging if appropriate. All of this is done to help you gain a deeper understanding and insight into yourself.
Online therapy has been proven to be as effective as face to face therapy for a number of mental health conditions and has a number of benefits for clients, not least reducing travel times and allowing you to feel comfortable and safe in a familiar environment.
Sessions are delivered over 50 or 90 minutes using Google Meet or WhatsApp video calls and work in the same way as a face to face session with treatment protocols and techniques being adapted to work with online modes of therapy

About Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy where you can have space to explore the issues that are important to you.
There is no prescribed ‘right way’ to do Counselling- but there are a number of different approaches that we can utilise to help you to explore, reflect and process the topics that are important to you.
Counselling is non judgemental. There is no right or wrong thing to say. The space is yours and I am here to walk with you to understand it more fully.
